About the delivery company
Products will be delivered by Yamato Transport,Japan Post for Japan and by Fedex for overseas.

About shipping cost
Domestic delivery : Free shipping
Overseas delivery : Varies depending on destination country and weight.　
* Extra tax may be applied at the time of entry depending on the regulations of each country.

About shipment　
Domestic delivery: We usually prepare for delivery within 3 business days. However, it may take some time until the product is restocked if it is out of stock. We will contact you in case of any other inconvenience.
Overseas delivery : We usually allow 5 business days for delivery to be ready. However, if an item is out of stock, it may take some time before it is restocked. We will contact you in case of any other inconven-ience.

About DUTY &TAX policy
The terms of sales are DDU " duties and taxes unpaid". The price shown does not include such items as VAT, import duty, tax and other unpredictable charges against middleman and agents. In case of these unexpected charge needed in the due course, these charges should be paid by the customers. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office or its agents.

●About returns

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges of products due to customer's convenience.
If you receive a different item from your order, or if there is a difference in quantity, damage or stains, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the products. We will hold responsibility for the return or exchange of defective products.
